Paul has more than 25 years experience installing, maintaining and inspecting elevators and escalators. He was the lead adjustor for one of the world's largest elevator companies
for the past 10 years. Paul adjusted and inspected some of the most prominent buildings
in Maryland including the Marriott Waterfront Hotel, Legg Mason Tower, Anne Arundel MedicalCenter, National Aquarium, Hilton Convention Center Hotel and Gateway Grand and Hilton in Ocean City. He is a certified Elevator inspector by the National Association of ElevatorSafety Authorities.
THERESA TSAMOUTALIS - PRINCIPAL
Theresa has more than 5 years of experience in the elevator industry. She worked for a major elevator company as both a project manager and sales account manager. Theresa works one-on-one with clients to provide proposals, schedule inspections and coordinate billing. She attended Notre Dame Prep and the University of Maryland, College Park.
SEAN DARBY
Sean Darby has more than 20 years of experience in the elevator industry. He worked for a major elevator company in new equipment, modernization and maintenance. He held various positions in sales and supervision. Sean works with clients to provide proposals, schedule inspections and coordinate billing.
